SWEET DREAMS TEA
This tea blend can be used to prepare you for a good night’s sleep or to help you relax if feeling anxious! A blend of soothing herbs with a lovely aromatic, this blend is perfect to curl up with. When adding an essential oil, do a few drops at a time, blend well, and allow to sit in a sealed container for a day or two before individually bagging.
RECIPE
Chamomile 1 part
Lemon balm 1 part
Passion Flower ½ part
Mint ½ part
Linden Flower ½ part
Rose Petals ¼ part
Lavender Flowers ¼ part
Vanilla Bean e.o. 4 drops per oz.
DOSAGE: Steep covered for at least 15-20 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups per day, or as recommended by your herbalist!
CAUTION: Some folks have an allergy to Chamomile. When working with essential oils, please be careful. Remember, it’s different strokes for different folks and every herb is not for every body. Please use common sense

Nettles 2 parts
Goldenrod 1 part
Tulsi Basil 1 part
Dandelion Lf/ Rt 1 part
Mullein Leaf 1 part
Elder Flower ¾ part
Peppermint ½ part
Licorice ¼ part
DOSAGE: Steep for at least 20 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups per day, or as recommended by your herbalist!
CONTRA: This formula contains a small amount of licorice. Licorice in excess can cause fluid retention. Please, as always, use common sense 💚
